Asva AI ("we", "us") operates the Asva AI website and related tools. We provide resources and tooling for UCP, ACP, and agentic commerce implementation.

• Form data: When you submit the Get Help form or book a demo, we collect name, work email, company, role, website, and interests. We may also store UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) and the page you submitted from.

• Tool inputs: When you run our tools (e.g. Readiness Score, Manifest Generator), we may process the URLs or data you enter. We do not store sensitive credentials; analysis is read-only where possible.

• To send transactional emails (e.g. confirmations) and, with your consent, follow-up or marketing communications.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue) for contact management and transactional email, and Calendly for scheduling. These providers process data according to their privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
